Haze was inspired by the quiet beauty found in nature—the subtle patterns of clouds, rock, wood grain, and organic forms. I’m fascinated by how nature fills space with texture and feeling. The ombré blue background reflects the changing sky, layered in translucent tones to evoke depth and softness. The painted forms were guided more by instinct than plan—letting the dog’s shape and the mood of nature take the lead.

 Haze is a meditative piece—an homage to how nature makes us feel: connected, calm, and fully present.
