Putts for Paws Invitational - Tuesday, February 10
Miniature Golf Has Gone to the Cats & Dogs... And Everyone is Invited!
Get ready for a paws-itively fun day in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea! Putts for Paws is a one-of-a-kind, mini-golf-style tournament that transforms downtown and Devendorf Park into a playful course filled with creativity, community spirit, and friendly competition—all in support of local animal welfare.
Teams and players will putt their way through a series of imaginative holes hosted by local businesses and sponsors, enjoying food, drinks, music, and plenty of surprises along the way.

Perimeter Set-up
Monday, 2/9, 1:00pm - 5:00pm
The Perimeter Set-Up Team is responsible for physically laying out and installing the wooden course perimeters throughout Devendorf Park. This team works directly under the guidance of the course creator to ensure the course is set up accurately, safely, and according to plan.
Tournament Set-up
Tuesday, 2/10, 8:00am - 11:00am
The Putts 4 Paws Set-Up Crew plays a key role in preparing Devendorf Park and Mission Street for players, vendors, and guests. This team will assist with event setup to ensure the course, vendor areas, and public spaces are safe, welcoming, and ready for tournament day.
Hole Hosts
Tuesday, 2/10, 10:00am - 4:00pm
Hole Hosts are responsible for managing and animating individual holes throughout the Putts for Paws tournament. This role helps keep play moving smoothly while creating a fun, engaging experience for players.
Registration & Information Team
Tuesday, 2/10, 10:00am - 2:00pm
The Registration & Information Team is the first point of contact for players at Putts for Paws. This team helps create a welcoming, organized, and smooth experience by checking in players, answering questions, and keeping the tournament flowing.
Perimeter Host
Tuesday, 2/10, 11:00am - 4:00pm
The Perimeter Host is responsible for keeping the public out of the in-play golf areas. They will encourage and support photos/videos with public and share in the excitement of the event, but will be sure the path stays clear for players.
Tear Down Crew
Tuesday, 2/10, 4:00pm - 7:00pm
The Teardown Crew plays an essential role in closing out Putts for Paws by safely and efficiently dismantling the course and returning Devendorf Park and Mission Street to their original condition.
Grounds Crew Clean-up
Wednesday, 2/11, 8:00am - 10:00am
Meet with Chamber Committee to clear out the wood perimeters from all golf holes and transport to storage location. Must be able to lift and carry wood pieces. Transport vehicle a plus.
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am Shuttles
Shuttle Service Ambassadors play a key role in welcoming locals and visitors using the AT&T Pro-Am shuttle system. Volunteers will support the smooth flow of guests traveling to and from official AT&T Pro-Am shuttle locations by providing friendly, organized, and informative assistance.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, being part of a fast-paced event environment, and serving as a welcoming face of our community.
