Kimberly Wolff ~ Director of Member Relations

My role at the Chamber as the President & CEO is to uphold the duties of the chief executive and administrative officer of the organization. I am responsible to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for all CCC operations, functions and activities.  My responsibilities include coordination & implementation of strategic planning, organizational structure & procedures, committee & board development recruitment, budgeting, on-going financial oversight, membership development, employment, training, supervision of staff and interpretation & implementation of policy.  As the spokesperson for our members and the business community,  I have the important (and exciting!) job of interacting and influencing key City, County and State government officials as well as local business and private community leaders in order to advocate for the health and sustainability of this beautiful community.

My role as Director of Member Relations is to oversee all aspects of member fulfillment so that members are aware of and receive their benefits of membership. My responsibilities also include bringing new businesses into the organization, managing renewals, working with the Ambassador Committee to connect new members to the Chamber’s benefits & activities, and overseeing Ribbon Cuttings.  I am responsible for the organization and publication of our annual Guide to Carmel and best of all … my “work” has me out and about every day interacting with our members and this wonderful community!

My role at the Chamber as the Director of Events & Programs is to connect our community with educational workshops and networking events that are beneficial to the public as well as our local businesses. My responsibilities include coordination of all chamber related events, strategic and positive social media projection for all members, planning and advertising monthly mixers hosted at our member's businesses; and finally, developing new ways to engage and enhance our community through semi-annual fundraisers. I am humbled to work with my fellow Chamber women and hope to bring the best forward for all members of the Chamber as well as our community.

My role at the Chamber of Commerce’s Visitor Center as the Director of Tourism is to oversee the operations of the Visitor Center. Including administrative duties relating to recruiting and maintaining a volunteer staff and paid part-time staff, the training of volunteers and part-time staff, scheduling our volunteer shifts, maintaining and stocking the Visitor Center with our member's brochures, maps, magazines and souvenirs available for purchase. I oversee all the Volunteer Tours that take place every Wednesday and I’m also involved with the scheduling and recruiting for the shuttles that the Chamber runs and for recruiting volunteers for the Taste of Carmel, Carmel Plaza Music series and Concours on the Avenue.
