The Carmel Chamber of Commerce is searching for a charismatic and confident leader to serve as our President & CEO. We’re seeking someone with vision, confidence, creativity, and passion to elevate and collaborate with our business community, to nurture positive relationships with local government, to develop relevant programs for our members, and to collaborate with staff to create a financially successful and effective leadership organization.
We’re looking for someone with 5 years of comparable management experience, direct experience in budgeting, growing revenue, and management of staff and vendors. Strong administrative skills such as Word, Excel, Quickbooks, PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Quickbooks, and the ability to create content for social media. Degrees, graduate programs, or other specialty educational accomplishments are always preferred and Chamber or other membership organization experience is also a plus.
