    Lee LarrewLee Larrew joined the Carmel Chamber staff as Membership Services Manager in 2009 after assisting the chamber with advertising sales and volunteering in the visitor center. Lee has a Bachelors degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Denver and has worked with business owners in the fields of marketing, business development, community relations, and outreach. Lee is a Carmel resident and is a kayak naturalist with the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and a volunteer for the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District. She is also on the Steering Committee of Sustainable Carmel and is the Zone Captain of Carmel CERT (Community Emergency Response Team).

  • Krystlyn Giedt, Operations Specialist Krystlyn Giedt, Operations Specialist

    Krystlyn GiedtKrystlyn joined the Carmel Chamber of Commerce as Operations Specialist in 2012 after coordinating our signature annual event, Taste of Carmel. Krystlyn has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications, Multimedia and Applied Computing with an emphasis in design from California State University Monterey Bay. She has a passion for all things community, problem solving, marketing, and computers. Krystlyn volunteers whenever possible and has previously helped nonprofits by volunteering on committees, designing collateral,  training adults on computer software and anything else she could be helpful with.

    Kathleen joined the Carmel Chamber of Commerce in April 2017. 

  • Sandra Book, Visitor Center Sandra Book, Visitor Center

    Sandra BookSandra Book joined the Carmel Chamber initially as a volunteer in the Visitor Center, and loving the work she did as a volunteer, she eventually became part of the staff as the Visitor Center Assistant in September of 2015. Before becoming a volunteer at the Visitor Center, Sandra spent 10 years as a Real Estate Broker in the San Jose, Silicon Valley area. Earlier her career was in sales, holding positions as a National Sales Manager and Sales Representative for various U.S. manufacturers. Sandra lives in Carmel-by-the-Sea, which was a longtime dream of hers, and enjoys the fruits of living in paradise, an urban style of living, but in a quaint little hamlet. Her love of Carmel makes her perfect for her job at the Visitor Center, helping tourists and locals experience all that Carmel has to offer and connecting them with local businesses. Sandra still finds time to volunteer for various events: Alzheimer’s Association, Carmel International Film Festival, Pebble Beach Food and Wine and the Sunset Center Gala.
