Creating ways to a more green and sustainable restaurant while increasing your bottom line.  Join our Monterey Bay ACF chapter chefs for a delicious Indian Cuisine prepared by Chef Bhupender Singh from Aahba Indian Cuisine. Wine sponsored by Carmel Road Winery. Speakers include Assistant Professor Dr. Roberta Atzon and Assistant Professor Dr. Angel Gonzalez from the CSUMB Sustainable Hospitality Management Department and American Culinary Federation Monterey Bay Chapter President Chef Soerke Peters. Topics discussed will be creating new and innovative ways to a more green and sustainable restaurant while increasing your profits. ACF members receive 2.0 CEH towards certification.
